By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
Refunds are provided based on the type of service purchased and the time since the purchase: - Web Hosting & WordPress Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. - VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Storage, and Proxy Services: Full refund available only within the first 24 hours of purchase. - Setup fees, promotional offers, and discounts are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued as account credits, which are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with our Terms of Service.
To request a refund, customers must contact Hostacks support within the applicable refund period. Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. For in-app purchases through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds are also subject to platform policies and may require approval from the store.
In cases where full refunds are not applicable, Hostacks may offer partial refunds in the form of account credits. Account credits can be used for future purchases of Hostacks services, but are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Users must agree to use the credit within 12 months of issuance, after which it will expire. Credits are only available for services that have not been fully consumed or used in violation of Terms of Service.
The following are strictly non-refundable: - Setup or installation fees - Fees for promotional or discounted offers - Services used in violation of Hostacks Terms of Service - Any fees for services beyond the stated refund period Refunds will not be issued for services canceled after the refund window has expired, except where required by law or platform rules.
Hostacks supports payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cryptocurrency. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. All major payment gateways, including PayPal and Stripe, respect this Refund Policy. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for processing refunds, currency conversion, or chargebacks.
If a service is suspended or terminated due to non-payment, violation of Terms of Service, or illegal activity, refunds will not be issued except as otherwise specified in this Refund Policy. Users remain liable for any outstanding balances for services already rendered. Refund eligibility is strictly tied to the date of purchase and the type of service.
