Refund Policy

At Hostacks, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase only if a valid reason is provided. After 24 hours, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are applicable only to prepaid orders with at least one month remaining until the due date. Refund requests for partial amounts must be submitted through the support ticket system. The calculation will consider the number of unused months from the prepaid period.

Recurring Payment Management

Payment subscriptions (such as PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, etc.) must be managed through the original account by the account owner. Hostacks does not have control over the payment subscriptions created by our customers. It is the responsibility of the account owner to ensure timely payments and manage their payment methods.

Cancellation of Service

To cancel services, you must use the “Cancel Account” option from your account. Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the end of your billing cycle. Late cancellations may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plans.

Downtime Compensation

In the event of service downtime experienced by your account due to issues within our control, Hostacks will compensate you by adding twice the credit amount that was deducted for the affected services during the downtime. This compensation will be credited to your account balance and can be used towards future purchases and services with Hostacks without a time limit.

Modification of Refund and Downtime Compensation Policy

Hostacks reserves the right to modify or update this refund and downtime compensation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective from the date they are posted on our website.
