Hostacks Ltd (“Hostacks”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, WordPress hosting, proxy servers, cloud storage, and related services (collectively “Services”). This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities and content to ensure safe, lawful, and reliable use of our Services. All users of Hostacks Services (“you”, “user”, “your”) must comply with this AUP alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Users may not upload, store, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing, including but not limited to: malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing pages, pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization, pornography or adult content, and materials that violate local or international laws.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise the security, stability, or integrity of Hostacks services or other users, including but not limited to: spamming, sending unsolicited bulk emails, conducting phishing attacks, launching DDoS attacks, hacking or unauthorized access attempts, cryptocurrency mining without prior approval, and distributing illegal software or scripts.
Each user is solely responsible for the security and use of their account. Sharing credentials without authorization, compromising other users’ accounts, or bypassing system security measures is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for all data stored, even if backup services are enabled. You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
Hostacks reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this AUP and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service. Severe violations or illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement authorities. Notices of violations will generally be sent via email, but immediate suspension or termination may occur in critical cases.
Violations of this AUP may result in: suspension or termination of services, deletion of content, denial of refunds beyond applicable refund policies, and legal action if required. Users acknowledge that Hostacks will not be liable for any data loss or business interruptions resulting from enforcement of this policy.
All payments made via supported gateways including PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency are subject to compliance with this AUP. Users engaging in prohibited activities risk suspension of services and may have payment disputes denied due to policy violations.
This AUP is fully integrated with Hostacks Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Users are bound to follow all rules outlined in these documents in addition to this AUP. Continued use of Hostacks services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
This AUP is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts, in line with Hostacks Terms of Service.
