Personally I've used these guys in the past and I've never had a problem with them. This is my third time buying a VPS from hostacks and it has been better than other company's (ovh, galaxygate etc). There support team answers fast on the website live chat and I had a few issues but was resolved pretty quickly.

I recently experienced a downtime that took longer than a week because they were changing server locations, but they gave me additional disk for free and added me due days (so I was not billed during the downtime).
